Mark Beller is former Prosecutor with both the City of Scottsdale and The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. He has spent his entire career practicing criminal law. He is a veteran trial attorney with a proven record of success. Mr. Beller is a graduate of The University of Arizona and he received his law degree from Arizona State University College of Law. While in school he worked as an intern for the Maricopa County Prosecutor’s Office and the Pima County Public Defender’s Office. After Mr. Beller was admitted to the Arizona Bar, he practiced for five years as a Deputy County Attorney with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. While with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, he served in several trial divisions including as a mentor in charge of supervising and training new prosecutors. After leaving the MCAO, Mr. Beller practiced as an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Scottsdale. During his six years as a Scottsdale Prosecutor, his practice was focused on driving under the influence cases as well as the specialized areas of juvenile law, commercial trucking enforcement, and retail liquor law violations. Mr. Beller has extensive experience in all areas of Criminal Law including the areas of driving under the influence and drug offenses.
Christopher Lyons attended Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in American History. During his undergraduate education, Mr. Lyons interned for an Arizona congressman, participated in club debate, and wrote his thesis on the assimilation process of minorities in Eastern Europe. After his undergraduate education, Mr. Lyons decided to stay in Arizona and received his Juris Doctorate from Arizona Summit Law School. While in law school, Mr. Lyons clerked exclusively in the field of criminal defense. As a clerk, Mr. Lyons was certified as a Rule 38(d) certified student attorney where he second-chaired a number of Trials, Evidentiary Hearings, and Motor Vehicle division hearings. Mr. Lyons is admitted by the Arizona State Bar and handles a range of criminal charges including appeals, felonies, misdemeanor traffic offenses, and DUI. Mr. Lyons has a true passion for helping his clients and believes that client communication is paramount to legal representation. Within the legal community, Mr. Lyons has a reputation for being a diligent and a determined advocate.
